Olivaia is a small batch producer of estate extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) and a grower of the historic ‘California Ripe Olive’ in the Lindsay area, formerly known as the ‘olive capital of the world’. Olivaia started in 2012 with the purchase of a mature olive grove with many neglected trees over 100 years old, today known as Block X because of its unique heirloom cultivars. 

The most important thing for us is that the olives and olive oils we offer under the name DROP by DROP can reflect the power of this unique tree.

Our story started in 2016 with an olive garden in Ayvalık, with our pursuit of being close to nature and healthy life after working in the information systems sector for many years.As Nova Vera, we aim to be differentiated by applying clean, sustainable, non-harming, health-giving and priority-oriented methods in both olive cultivation and olive oil production.

Olive oil, is the divine gift of mother nature. That’s why we named our precious product ‘Genius’. It means the individual existence of a divine nature that is present in every individual… It is not a coincidence that the ones who had the power to change the course of humankind shares the same ambition: Olive oil… History repeats itself and for thousands of years the most consistent repetition has been the link between humankind and olive oil. From Einstein to the first doctor of the history Ibn-i Sina, from the most talented artists Michelangelo to the record holder inventor Nicola Tesla, each and every ‘Genius’ has their own story with olive oil. This is our raw material. This is our motivation.

Palamidas Olive Oil was established in 2006 in Mecidiye neighborhood of Akhisar district in Manisa with a view to offer olive press service for the people.With its 5000 sqm press facility, 2000 sqm closed stock area and 3000 sqm outdoor area, it serves with a stock capacity of 250 tons.

Mavras name is derived from Mavr of Mavrazade & As family names, our heritage. Thus it is the trademark of a family who migrated from Crete Island to Küçükkuyu, passionately attached to olives and olive oil. This is the story of a generation.

From the orchard to the mill, from the culture to the bottling, we respect one golden rule : quality!Exclusively made from the estate orchards, the olive oils are subjected to permanent search to improve this quality. Our mill allows us to optimize the freshness and flavor of olives, crushed as soon as picked .We produce exclusively the oil from our orchards ans our olives are turned into oil on the spot, on the very day of the picking.

Our company is located in Aydın Germencik, Turkey. We have been producing olive oil since 1926. Our company only produces a limited quantity of olive oil and our top priority is quality production.

The particular pedoclimate – with its hills that overlook the Trabocchi Coast and not far from the mountains – and the olivegrowing techniques – from harvest, which always happens directly from the plant, to immediate milling – contribute to the making of the best produce in terms of its acid composition, phenolic profile and flavour.
