La Matilla Arbequina
We collect the olive by hand and extract the olive oil cold through capachos, giving rise to a limited and exclusive production of gourmet extra virgin olive oil. The process is carried out entirely on our farm.
Fischulin
Olive oil with high fruitiness, pronounced pungency and aroma that combines herbs, citrus and berries. The Pishulin variety is very rich in antioxidants, and omega fatty acids (9 oleic acid) and is suitable for stews and foods in which the taste of olive oil is dominant and significant.

Marmaro
MARMARO olive oil started its journey in 2018. It is the product of a family business. It is produced from greek olives of Chalkidiki variety, which are collected one-by-one by hand while still on the tree and not from the ground. From irrigated groves, A low acidity olive oil rich in polyphenols. It is named after one of the regions where our olive groves are located. Both the olive groves and our business are located in the area between the villages Olynthos, Simantra, Kalyves and Gerakini. It is bottled in four different packages. A 500 ml bottle painted with white paint and golden screen printing, a transparent 200ml bottle with white screen printing placed inside a cardboard box shaped like marble, and two cans of 500 and 250 ml respectively that are also shaped like marble.

It all starts here, in Alghero, in an ancient oil mill in the heart of the city. It was 1916 and the Manca family, one of the oldest Italian oil houses, began its milling activity.
